Satisfaction.....

Contemplating Psalm 65:4 today. "How blessed is the one whom You choose and bring near to You To dwell in Your courts. We will be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Your holy temple."

This is true heart delight .... finding the Lord in the "everyday," and being satisfied with Him and Him alone.

Today, the "everyday" for us was Hannah making chocolate chip cookies for her brothers...


And even fingerprints from many busy little boys on my front storm door...



Yep, it's time to get the Windex out again... but I am grateful for a full household with so many busy boys and girls to give me fingerprint-art-smeared front doors. How empty my life would be without them!

1Ti 1:1 "Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus according to the commandment of God our Savior, and of Christ Jesus, who is our hope,"

In Christ alone, my hope is found. In all He has given me (rejoicing in the "daily") and all I am in Him and by His grace....Oh how I love the riches of His Word!
