So Thankful...

appy Thanksgiving, All!

Oh give thanks to the LORD, call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples. 1Ch 16:8

for brave boys and knives to throw.

O give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; For His lovingkindness is everlasting.
1Ch 16:34

for plenty of wood for heat.

With them were Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest who were chosen, who were designated by name, to give thanks to the LORD, because His lovingkindness is everlasting. 1Ch 16:41

for the freedom to fly....

I will give thanks to the LORD according to His righteousness And will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High. Psa 7:17

for the pure joy of a swing....

I will give thanks to the LORD with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders.
Psa 9:1

for seeking, and finding

Therefore I will give thanks to You among the nations, O LORD, And I will sing praises to Your name. Psa 18:49

for delight of army sons returning home

I will give You thanks forever, because You have done it, And I will wait on Your name, for it is good, in the presence of Your godly ones. Psa 52:9

for a peaceful morning place to seek the Lord...
and find Him as well.

My heart is finding greatest delight not so much in the things given, but in my discovery of His love and delight in me~ so often demonstrated in everyday life.
