Also, Michelle kindly pointed out to me that I totally left out the flour in my Pineapple Coffee Cake recipe! Yikes! That was, um, pretty important..... hope I didn't mess up anybody's breakfast! I have corrected the recipe, so .... "go forth and bake!"
And on a totally unrelated note, but so pretty, I thought you might like to see what happened here between Saturday and Sunday....

It's amazing what can happen in 24 hours!

Later this week, Abbie and I are flying to Arizona to visit my parents for a few days! We are so excited! Abbie has never been out West, so it will be really fun to show her the Grand Canyon, see the Desert Museum and do some great hiking too (looks like we get to go on a guided tour of Canyon X~ my parents are so generous!). I'm really looking forward to some special time with Miss Abbie and my parents!
Before we leave we're working on finishing up some school work and have lots of pre-gardening work to do as well. So many little seedlings to transplant so they can grow some more before being set out in our gardens. Love spring!

I'm also hoping to complete my backpack/purse/camera bag that I am working on. I'm using this pattern and will modify it so I can put my camera and lens in it for travel/hiking.
And finally, a thought from God's Word for you today... As I smell spring, I ponder "the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him..."
But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place.
